What is Teeth Whitening?
Teeth naturally yellow and discolour over the years, but staining is made worse by such things as smoking, tea, coffee and red wine. Tooth Whitening, carried out at home using our custom-made flexible trays and gel, gently removes stains leaving your teeth cleaner and brighter, so you can look years younger when you smile.
To ensure your mouth trays will fit snugly (for the very best results), we construct them from impressions taken of your teeth.
As a dental practice, we oversee the whitening process so you can be sure of receiving the most effective results without suffering any damage to your teeth or soft oral tissues.
The Teeth Whitening Process
Our gentle whitening treatment can transform your smile by noticeably brightening up your teeth. They may be looking a little less than pearly white for any of a number of reasons including your diet, smoking and the ageing process. However, we can eliminate any smile spoiling stains with our efficient home-whitening system, which uses mouth trays and a highly effective lightening gel.
We do tooth whitening which is administered at home in trays that are made to measure. This enables the patient to control how white they would like their teeth to become. Occasionally, if the patient’s teeth become sensitive this can with control with advice from the practice. Patients are also able to top up the whitening gel after a year or so at very little costs as long as they have kept the trays.
