**This offer is only available between 01.06.2025-31.8.2025 - The new patient offer of £60 for new patient check up only applies where the appointment in relation to this offer is booked and attended before 23:59 on 31.8.2025 - This is for initial examinations only or for patients who have not been seen for a check up in the past 18 months. This offer is open for all individuals who are not registered patients at Donovans dental care. Any Radiographs or diagnostic models are not included within this offer and are chargeable if applicable.
Appointments are subject to availability and are with Drs: Anne Steele, Laurie Goddard, Harry Davis, Louisa Payne only. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for any other treatment. The new patient discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that the available clinicians are not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Donovan's Dental Care will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment.
Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Donovan's Dental Care is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. A deposit for the new patient appointment may be requested. The new patient discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Donovan's Dental Care accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer.
Donovan's Dental Care does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth and add practice name accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Children fees are at a reduced rate. Donovan's Dental Care can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
